When is this happening?

On Aug 23, 2025, from 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm.  VIP access is from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm. GA access is from 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm, but come early before all the ribs are gone and before voting starts so you can get your vote in!

Where is this happening?

The festivities will be at ARD Park in Auburn: 123 Recreation Dr, Auburn, CA.

Will there be parking?

Yes! There is designated parking around the park and on the street. There is also handicapped parking in front of the daycare center near James Field.

 

Can I bring chairs?

Yes!  We encourage you to bring low-back chairs and blankets to hang out on the lawn and listen to the bands while you enjoy some amazing smoked meat!

 

Can I bring a cooler?

No, there will be food and drink vendors on site. You may bring in a clear, unopened water bottle.

 

Can I bring an umbrella?

No. We want everyone to have a view of the band. The park is pretty shaded with lots of trees.

 

Can I bring my pet?

No, as much as we all love our pets, not all pets love each other so we ask you to leave them at home and then the poop part… Service animals are allowed with appropriate credentials.

Can I bring alcohol?

No, there will be a bar on site where you can purchase alcohol. Just remember to bring your IDs.

​

When is voting?

Voting is until 4 pm, and the winner will be announced at 5 pm.

Is this a family event? 

Yes! We encourage you to bring the whole family for a fun-filled day of music, kid zone, amazing ribs, and lots of vendors to browse.
